I was born amidst the rugged grandeur of Southland, New Zealand. Life then lead me through the sun-drenched shores around East Cape where my love for visual storytelling was ignited by two extraordinary art teachers during my high school years.

Although I studied art at school, I ended up choosing quite a different path into the world of advertising, where I've launched several successful ventures. Yet my interest in art and photography never waned.

Now, with the incredible advancements in technology, I've found a way to merge my creativity with digital tools, mainly using a photo-illustration style. This unique art form combines the realism of photography with the imaginative flair of illustration, allowing me to create captivating and surreal images that stir fantastic memories and tell powerful stories.

My art is deeply inspired by the photographs I've captured during my travel adventures, both global and local. They reflect unique stories and moments in time, brought to life with a blend of traditional and digital techniques.
